AND THEN............... 

Once upon a time, there was a little restaurant at mile 69.1 on the Parks Highway called the Heart of Willow. It was just a small eatery that had outlived its usefullness and the time came for a bigger and better building to take its place. So demolition began!

Step one-- destruction begins.                        Step two-- a pile of rubble.                        Step three-- the Heartburn.                       Till there was nothing left. The new building started to take shape. The walls went up. The trusses were set. The roof went on. The exterior was finished just in time for the snow to fall. There was even a new sign. And now a peek inside..........
