The broccoli doesn't like the heat.

The leaf lettuce did well.

But the summer squash didn't.

Remember that big pile of snow that fell off the garage roof?

There's still a patch of snow in the back yard too- a good place for a dog to cool off.

The leaves are the size of mouse ears.

The poppies are popping up.

The strawberries are on schedule.

And the rhubarb too.

The pussy willows are a sure sign of spring.

The garden looks a little bare.

Dave finds a stick to chew on.

And he loves to roll in the snow!

And roll.........

Dave sure will miss the white stuff- unlike me!

When It's Springtime in Alaska...............The Roof Dumps!

The snow is starting to slide on the right.

Two weeks later it's off and on the deck.

A little chunk falls off from above the garage.

With more waiting to fall!

The snow falls off the garage roof.

And makes a big pile and thundering crash!
